Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

6 ounce stuffing mix, like Stove Top

½ cup dried cranberries

1 shallot, finely chopped

¼ cup chicken broth

1 egg, beaten

1 - 2 teaspoons fresh sage, minced or ½ teaspoon dried sage

1 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, minced or ½ teaspoon dried thyme

salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup butter, melted

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, shallot, chicken broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

3Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4Brush each ball with melted butter for extra crispiness.

5Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing balls are golden brown on the outside.
