The key to this recipe is to marinate it for a full 24 hours. It's so juicy and delicious. Prep: 12 hrs Cook: 20 mins Yields: 4 Servings Ingredients 4 chicken breasts (6 oz each) 1 (2 oz) package dried ancho chiles 6 cloves of garlic 1/2 red onion, quartered 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 Tbs fresh oregano, chopped 2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp black pepper Directions 1Soak dry chilies for 20 minutes in hot water, until soft. Remove seeds. 2Add all the ingredients except chicken in a food processor. Purée until smooth. 3Spread mixture over chicken or other meats. Refrigerate at least one hour up to 24 hours. 4Grill meat on both sides until done. 5Chop it up into small pieces. Serve over rice.NOTE: This will make enough for 4 burritos or 8 tacos. close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Cancel replyYour review ...All fields are required to submit a review.Your name ...
