Chicken
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
½ cup orange juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1½ tablespoons mirin
½ tablespoon chili crisp
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Orange Sauce
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons chili crisp
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
½ tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ginger paste or minced ginger
Corn starch slurry (to thicken)
½ tablespoon corn starch
½ tablespoon water
Garnishes
Chopped green onions
sesame seeds
rice, to serve

Chicken
1Put the chicken in a slow cooker and top with the orange juice, soy sauce, mirin, chili crisp, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
2Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours or high for 3 - 4 hours.
Orange Sauce
1Make the orange sauce, then add the liquid from the slow cooker to a small saucepan and bring to boil for about 20 minutes to reduce. Then add the corn starch slurry to the saucepan and heat for 30 seconds, mix until thick, then add to chicken.
Garnishes
1Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and serve over rice.
