These Brown Sugar-Glazed Carrots with Rosemary are something that my daughter made for Father's Day. They were so good, I had to make them again. Now I’m copying my daughter’s recipes!

Ingredients
2 pounds carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
1Heat oven to 425° F.
2Place carrots in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix oil, brown sugar, rosemary, and seasonings; add to carrots and toss to coat.
3Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet or foil coated with cooking spray. Roast 25-30 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
