Avocado Margaritas sound crazy. The avocado turns these margaritas slightly opaque and jade green. They are silky smooth and delicious!

Yields: 4 Small or 2 Large cocktails

Ingredients

1 cup Tequila (I used Cuervo Platinum)

½ cup Triple Sec

½ cup fresh lime juice

1 ripe avocado

Directions

1Blend with crushed ice in blender and pour into salt-rimmed glasses.
