Aviation Cocktail

The Aviation Cocktail is made with gin, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette, and lemon juice. 

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

2 ounces Gin, (Plymouth or Bombay Dry)

¼ ounce Crème De Violette, (Rothman & Winter)

¼ ounce Maraschino Liqueur, (Luxardo)

½ to ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 marasca cherry

Directions

1Shake with ice, strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry on a pick.
