This Asian Roasted Cauliflower is an inspired spicy twist on roasted cauliflower and a nice change from your typical roasted cauliflower.

Asian Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

3 Tablespoons soy sauce

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1 Tablespoon garlic chili sauce

Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Wash head of cauliflower and cut into large florets.

3Put the cauliflower in a large bowl.

4Add the next 6 ingredients and toss.

5Put the cauliflower mixture onto a cookie sheet and roast for 40 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through.
