Artichoke Tuna Salad

Artichoke Tuna Salad is a nice twist on a classic sandwich. It's a delicious and easy-to-make sandwich that is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. It is made with canned tuna, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and other seasonings. The salad can be served on bread, crackers, or lettuce leaves. It can also be used as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.

Ingredients

2 (6-oz) cans solid white tuna in water, drained


½ cup mayonnaise 


4 canned artichoke hearts, chopped


2 scallions, chopped, white and green parts 


2 Tablespoons cilantro or flat-leaf parsley, chopped


1 lemon, juiced 


6 dashes hot sauce, or to taste 


Kosher salt 


Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings.

2Use as a sandwich filling with your favorite bread.
