This Artichoke Dip is so quick and easy to prepare. It's SO good and can be served hot, cold or at room temperature. It's a great addition to any party.

Yields: 8 Servings
Ingredients
1 cup Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
2 x 14 ounce cans artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
1Combine Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, garlic. Mix well. Top with some more Parmesan cheese.
2May be served cold or heated 10 to 20 minutes in 350°F oven or until cheese is melted.
