This Apricot Honey Mustard Baked Salami recipe is one of the most popular recipes that I have ever posted. It is so good and easy to make for a great hors d'oeuvres.

Ingredients
1 large soft salami (2 lbs)
1 cup honey mustard
1 cup apricot or peach jam
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350.
2In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, combine mustard and jam. Stir constantly until mixture is well combines and bubbly.
3Place salami on wire rack on a cookie sheet. (Hint: Spray the cookie sheet with non-stick baking spray for easier clean-up.) Make 6-8 diagonal slits in the top of the salami. Brush mustard mixture onto salami.
4Bake for 1 hour basting every 15 minutes. Remove the salami from the oven and place on a cutting board with a knife to let your guests serve themselves. Serve with crackers or rye bread.
