Aperol Spritz

From the Hamptons to Lido Isle, the hot “new” drink is the Aperol Spritz, a bright orange spritzer traditionally served in a wine glass with several cubes of ice and a slice of orange.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

ice

4¼ ounces brut Prosecco

2½ ounces Aperol

¾ ounce club soda

1 slice of orange for garnish

Directions

1Fill a Collins glass or champagne flute with ice. Pour the prosecco over, then add Aperol and club soda. Garnish with a slice of orange.
