Since they are difficult to find here and rather expensive, this Marmite Popcorn fits the bill.

The key to crispy chicken wings is boiling them first. These seem counter-intuitive, but it works. Make sure you pat them dry before roasting. Moisture is the enemy of crispiness!

Cheese Snackles - My brother-in-law Russell came last week and brought us a bag of these fabulous cheese crackers. They were so good, I asked him to get the recipe from his friend, Rose-Marie, who is constantly asked to bring them to social gatherings.
