Cuisine: Dip

Pomegranate Avocado Salsa

Pomegranate Avocado Salsa is without a doubt the most addictive salsa and really beautiful! Pomegranates and avocados are rich in  antioxidants. Trust me, this also won't last long and all your guests are going to want the recipe.

Cheesy Chutney Dip

Cheesy Chutney Dip makes a great appetizer. While living in England, one of my favorite sandwiches for lunch was simply cheese and chutney, which you could buy in almost every market. Boots Dispensing Chemist made a particularly good one, as well as Marks & Spencer and good old British Rail. I wish chutney was more popular / mainstream in the United States. Another one of my favorite things I make for lunch is cheese and chutney quesadillas. Two cultures colliding! A true fusion of favors or should I say flavours? Anyway, here is a wonderful dip recipe.

Artichoke Tapenade

Artichoke Tapenade

Guest blogger Jessica from Beauty Marks .
Artichoke Tapenade - This is my Christmas gift to Leslie, because in case she hasn’t mentioned it lately, she loves artichokes. This recipe is about the easiest thing in the world to make in the food processor, and a total crowd-pleaser. I based this on a recipe from David Lebovitz, who got it from Smitten Kitchen, who got it from Mario Batali. So its provenance is solid, to say the least. I used the pitted Castelvetrano green olives currently available in a big jar at Costco.

Dill Pickle Dip

Dill Pickle Dip

This Dill Pickle Dip is divine! When my husband and I were dating 100 years ago and we would go to the supermarket, he would buy a jar of dill pickles and eat the entire jar in the car before we got home. He likes his dill pickles. His brother used to drink the juice, not sure if he still does this! Russell?!
