Chicken Zorba

Chicken Zorba

This Chicken Zorba recipe is my nephew’s favorite dinner. It’s a recipe from a Sainsbury’s card from the early ’90s. I have to say, I understand why it’s his favorite dinner. The chicken is so tender (due to marinating it overnight) and flavorful. Also, the hummus and Greek yogurt mixture is heaven!

Vanilla Peaches

You've got to try these Vanilla Peaches. I love peaches, but it seems like I buy them rock hard and then the next time I check them, they are rotten! I feel like there is a 20 minute window to eat perfect peaches! This is absolutely delicious on vanilla ice cream.
