Ginger-Peach Shortbread Cobbler

One of our local supermarkets was giving away a box of peaches. This Ginger-Peach Shortbread Cobbler is incredible. The little shortbread cookies baked on top are sweet and crumbly. Serve it with some vanilla ice cream and your guests will love it!

Sesame Panko Baked Chicken Tenders with Japanese BBQ Sauce

This Sesame Panko Baked Chicken Tenders with Japanese BBQ Sauce is quick and easy. Instead of using just sesame seeds, I actually used Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend and panko. The Japanese BBQ sauce works perfectly with this chicken. I served it all with broccoli and Japanese sushi rice.

Mexican Chicken, Corn & Black Bean Cornbread Casserole

This Mexican Chicken, Corn & Black Bean Cornbread Casserole only takes 5 minutes prep time. The creamy chicken filling is topped with cheesy cornbread. I used some taco seasoning which I bought in Santa Fe New Mexico which was VERY hot! I happen to like it that way, not sure about the rest of my family!

Pear, Almond & Honey Phyllo Tarts

My daughter Zoe made these delectable Pear, Almond & Honey Phyllo Tarts. I usually have puff pastry in the freezer, but this time I had phyllo dough. You can make it with either. Puff pastry would actually be easier, but the phyllo is SO crispy and wonderful.

Maple Mustard Chicken

This Maple Mustard Chicken has a tangy and sweet flavor. The maple mustard sauce works really well on chicken thighs, but would also be great on pork. I used boneless, skinless thighs. If you want it to get crispy, then leave the skin on.

Mashed Potato Casserole with Sage and Fontina

There's no need to slave away making mashed potatoes at the last minute! This creamy, cheesy, crispy baked mashed-potato casserole is the perfect make-ahead dish. The potatoes get mashed with a creamy, tangy mix of crème fraîche, fontina, butter, parsley and sage. It's simply divine.

In an effort to use up things in my pantry.... This Cherry Dump Cake is very similar to my Cherry Cherry recipe. It's ridiculously easy to dump it all together!

Chicken with Chickpeas, Leeks & Yogurt Sauce

Chicken with Chickpeas, Leeks & Yogurt Sauce is very versatile because you can eat it hot, warm or cold. And the it's all done on one sheet pan, which is becoming my favorite way to cook.

Ikea Swedish Meatballs with Cream Sauce

The largest IKEA in the United States just opened in Los Angeles. It’s absolutely massive. They almost need to put in a trolley! This is about their iconic Swedish meatballs and the beauty of it is that you can buy them frozen after you buy your GRÖNKULLA, FLÄRDFULL, SMÖRBOLL and (I always buy) their paper napkins. I know a lot of people that do not live near an IKEA, so here is a recipe to make them yourself.

Deep Dish Pizza

My friend Debi made this delicious Chicago-style Deep Dish Pizza. Chicago-style pizza refers to several different styles of pizza developed in Chicago. Arguably, the most famous of these is known as deep-dish pizza. This style of pizza is not very popular in California, land of thin crust.
