We had this Chicken French - Rochester, NY Style in a classic old-school restaurant called Charley Brown's when we were in Rochester. It's frozen in time around 1982. They have this dish on the menu called - Chicken French ~ egg-dipped, sautéed in sherry-lemon butter My husband Eric thought it was the best chicken he'd EVER had, which I have to agree!
This Persian Jeweled Rice with Tadig is beautiful & delicious. Tahdig is a speciality of Persian cuisine consisting of crisp rice taken from the bottom of the pot in which the rice is cooked. It's the best part!
One of the things (which my husband Eric invented) I always made for my kids is something we call peanut butter ramen noodles. By adding peanut butter, it adds some much needed protein. I also like to add some shelled edamame for even more of a protein boost. It's really delicious!
These Jalapeño Cheese Crisps are truly addictive and they have no carbs!
