This Spicy Garlic Edamame is has wonderful spicy flavor with the addition of Garlic Chili Sauce, Oyster Sauce and onions. They are a mess to eat, but worth it!

Ingredients
1 pound frozen edamame
1 onion, sliced
3 Tablespoons canola oil
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
4 Tablespoons garlic chili sauce
lemon wedge, for serving
Directions
1Cook edamame according to the directions on the package.
2In a skillet, sauté the onions for 10 minutes then combine the oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic chili sauce and add to the pan.
3Cook over medium heat until it begins to boil. Stir constantly. Allow to boil until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and add in the cooked edamame. Coat well with the sauce. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
