An Unusual Cauliflower Recipe

Here is an unusual cauliflower recipe with a sauce that contains egg yolks, vinegar and green onions. It was from a woman who got third place in a recipe contest in 1974. I love digging up really interesting recipes from the past. Apparently, this was a real crowd pleaser.
