Crunchy Cabbage Salad

The following recipe is another great side dish for the summer. The addition of the toasted ramen noodles, add a lot of texture and crunch to this dish. This is a real crowd pleaser.
Crunchy Cabbage Salad
Serves 8
1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 lb bacon, fried and diced
1 package sliced almonds
3 Tbs sesame seeds
green onions, sliced
1 package chicken ramen, toasted
Dressing:
1/2 package of the seasoning from the chicken ramen
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbs sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Crush the toasted ramen noodles. Toss dressing and salad just before serving.
