This Maple and Mustard Glazed Salmon recipe is quick and healthy and perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or an elegant dinner party! While the sugar in the syrup caramelizes under high heat, the mustard gives it a spicy undertone. It pairs nicely with this Long Lake Lentil Salad and some baby arugula. Simple and delicious....

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 10 mins
  • Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

4 skin-on salmon fillets (6 to 8 ounces each)

Salt and ground black pepper

1/4 cup maple syrup

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400° F.

2Generously sprinkle the salmon all over with salt and pepper.

3In a small bowl, whisk together the syrup, butter, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon black pepper to make the glaze.

4Position a rack in the center of the oven. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle the glaze on the salmon. Roast until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
