Grand Central Market – a Field Trip

Recently, I went down to the Grand Central Market with some friends to check out all the new vendors. It’s in the Homer Laughlin Building, at 317 South Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles, which is the city’s largest and oldest public market. It opened in 1917 and has been in continuous operation since. Grand Central Market definitely has a new vibe and worth checking out if you are in Los Angeles.
The most popular place to eat is eggslut. They have some amazing looking sandwiches, but the line was ridiculously long. I don’t wait in line, so I moved on.
I decided to try something different and went to Berlin Currywurst and had the paprikawurst, which I was told was the most popular wurst on the menu. I had it with the ginger-orange sauce. It was delicious. I have have actually blogged about German Currywurst in the past.
