S’mores

Last night, my husband and I went to this new pizza place in town. They have excellent pizza. The only dessert offering is a domed plate of S’mores. I happen to love S’mores. Anyway, instead of using graham crackers, they use English digestive biscuits (McVities to be exact). They can be made ahead and piled up on a platter for a party. If you are really lazy, you can buy the biscuits with chocolate already on them….
S’mores
1 marshmallow
2 chocolate digestive biscuits
chocolate bar
Thread a marshmallow onto a stick or skewer and toast it over an open flame. You can also put them under the broiler briefly. Sandwich the cooked marshmallow between the 2 biscuits.
