Fruit Tart
Serves 6
1 ready to bake puff pastry sheet, thawed at room temperature for about 40 minute
1½ lb your favorite fresh fruit, cut into uniform size pieces
4 oz sugar
4 oz flour
1 pinch of salt
Roll out the pastry dough when it is thawed, and spread it over a round tart pan. Completely cover the bottom of the pan with fresh fruit.
Next make the crumble. In a mixing bowl, blend together the flour, sugar, butter, and pinch of salt until it becomes uniform and smooth like a dough. Crumble it in chunks over the top of the fruit. Bake the tart in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
