The Slaw Dogs

There is a new hot dog place in Pasadena called The Slaw Dogs (http://www.theslawdogs.com).  They have Vienna Dogs, Natural Casing Dogs,Turkey Dogs, Veggie Dogs, All Beef Kosher Dogs, Spicy Chicken Sausage, Chicken Apple Sausage, Bavarian Bratwurst, Spicy Polish Sausage and Spicy Calabrese Sausage.

Now the toppings (here are a few):  guacamole, bacon, jalapeno bacon, pastrami, beer chili, parmesan, cheddar, feta, swiss, blue, pepper jack, nacho cheese, goat cheese, roasted garlic, kimchi, olive mix, truffle oil, ground beef, roasted pasilla peppers, cole-slaw, thai-slaw, fried egg…..

If you live in the area, you must go and check it out.  If you do not live around here, you can have your own backyard ” Hot Dog Bar”.  Get creative!
