Margarita

It’s Cinco de Mayo, I thought I would give you my favorite margarita recipe. Also, it’s Monday, so this might be helpful later in the day today! It originates from one of my favorite Caribbean restaurants called Sugar Reef in New York city, which, sadly, I think is now closed.
Margarita
Serves 1
2 oz tequila
1 oz Cointreau
½ oz lemon juice
1 oz Roses lime juice
Salt (optional)
Lime wedge, for garnish
On the rocks:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, and Roses lime juice and shake well. For a margarita with salt, rim a glass with lemon juice and dip in salt. Fill glass with ice and pour the Margarita on top. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
Frozen:
Blend the ingredients above in a blender with ice. BEWARE OF BRAIN FREEZE!!
