Acron Squash – A Taste of Autumn

There is nothing more autumnal than an acorn squash. They are loaded with vitamins, cheap and delicious. I love to stuff them with sausages, peas, green onions, butter and some seasoning. You can microwave them or bake them in a little water cut side down until tender. There is a sticker on the squash with cooking times. The beauty of this is that you can stuff them with whatever you like.
