Zucchini “Spaghetti”

I made this Zucchini "Spaghetti" using a Veggetti spiraling device. The Veggetti turns vegetables into delicious, healthy spaghetti.

Zucchini "Spaghetti"

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon olive oil

2 small zucchinis

1 garlic garlic clove, crushed

fresh basil, chopped

salt and black pepper, to taste

10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

pepper flakes, optional

Directions

1Using a spiral cutter, cut zucchini. If you do not have a spiral cutter, you can grate the zucchini.

2Heat up a skillet with the olive oil and garlic, when hot, add the spirally cut zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir in chopped basil, salt and pepper.
